There are 4 levels of LEED Certification, including Certified (40-49 Points), Silver (50-59 Points), Gold (60-79 Points), and Platinum (80+ Points). A LEED Scorecard consists roughly of 9 different Credit Categories and 110 different credit options. The different categories that your project could attain credits in are: Integrative Process, Location and Transportation, Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmopshere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, Innovation, and Regional Priority Credits.
