TPC can provide a comprehensive analysis of your company's decarbonization strategy in comparison to Industry / Sector Policies, Domestic / International Regulations, and Benchmarking against other industry peers' strategies and timelines. If your company does not have a strategy or roadmap, then TPC will create decarbonization KPIs and a roadmap of mitigation opportunities for your company. This includes Cost of Abatement Mitigation Modeling which provides analysis on the potential GHG reductions as well as monetary costs and savings for each opportunity. Such opportunities might include things like renewable energy development, energy efficiency initiatives, technology development, carbon capture and storage (CCUS), fuel switching, and other such initiatives.

After establishing your baseline GHG emissions for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3, we evaluate operational changes, projects (e.g. renewable energy projects), and other strategies for their potential to reduce carbon emissions. We additionally assess the feasibility of these options in terms of a cost-benefit analysis, so you can evaluate what the most effective way is for your company to reduce its emissions. Furthermore, our team will develop key performance indicators for your company that are in-line with both domestic as well as international regulations and policies such as with the Paris Agreement or IPCC's recommendations for limiting warming to 1.5 degrees celsius.

Having in place a decarbonization strategy will ensure you are fully aware of all the current and forthcoming regulations and policies that might affect your company's compliance and competitiveness. Companies must demonstrate that they are not only aware of their GHG emissions, but to stay competitive, they must demonstrate that they have short- and long-term plans for reducing the GHG intensity of their operations and products.
